What I offer

Please read below to see the benefits and details of different types the different types of Pilates training offered.

One to one training

One to one training is a brilliant way to do Pilates. The exercises will be adapated to you to achieve your goals and can we work entirely at your own pace. You will also receive advice on individual posture and movement to a level which just isn't possible during group sessions due to the numbers involved.

Training is offered in your own home. Prior to any training I will do a FREE consultation with you to find out what you want from Pilates, so I can design a programme especially for you.   Sessions are one hour long.

I recommend taking a block of sessions so that you can see the full benefits. There is also a discount for booking a block of lessons. Sessions can also cover, if desired:

  • Nutrition

  • General Exercise Advice

  • Relaxation

There are many reasons why people might want one to one Pilates training, for example recovery from injury, a specific disability, unique goals, childcare or just time constraints. Whatever the reason, one to one training is a great way to improve your fitness and wellbeing.

Community Classes

All classes run as a course as this means I can adapt exercises for the participants in the class. It also gives the group chance to progress rather than having to reintroduce the exercises and principles each week.

Classes have a maximum of 12 participants to make sure that all participants get the individual attention needed.

The above are locations where I'm running classes at the moment. If you'd like to attend a class but can't make any of the classes listed please still get in touch. It may be possible to arrange a new class that you can attend.

Small group training

Small group training can take place anywhere, for example your home, office, a community venue, or even outside, if the North East weather is kind enough!

Small group training is for any group that has got together to do Pilates. The group size can be anything from 2 to 12 people. It could be that you want to train in your workplace during your lunch hour for example. Like all training I will adapt the exercises to best suit the group.
